Complaints Procedure

At Elizabeth Selby Infant School, we are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers. We value all feedback and aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

If you have a concern, in the first instance please speak to your child’s class teacher. Most issues can be resolved at this stage through open and supportive communication.

If your concern is not resolved, it can then be referred to a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). They will listen carefully, review the situation, and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

We will always:

  • Listen carefully to your concerns
  • Treat all issues seriously and fairly
  • Respond in a timely manner
  • Keep your child’s wellbeing at the centre of any decisions

If you are still not satisfied after these steps, the school’s formal Complaints Procedure can be followed, as set out below.
